Rudraksha, Blue Turquoise, Camel Jasper and Carnelian Mala Prayer Bracelet

Cool blue chalk turquoise stones really pop against the rudraksha and camel jasper beads. This BOHO trendy mala bracelet is alive with colors and texture. To begin I selected a guru center bead carved from carnelian. On each side I spaced rudraksha beads with their beautifully warm reddish brown shades. They also add a lot of texture and interest to the bracelet. Beige came jasper beads are added in-between the rudraksha beads. For a pop of bright color, I selected blue chalk turquoise beads. Chalk turquoise is a form of natural turquoise that has a white chalk-like consistency. It has the same chemical composition as turquoise, only without the copper. It is actually copper minerals that give turquoise it's beautiful blue color. The chalk turquoise is stabilized and color enhanced to be used in jewelry. To finish off the mala bracelet I selected a silk copper colored tassel. The bracelet has been double strung using gold colored stretch cord. Since stretch cord is used, this bracelet is a one-size fits all.

Rudraksha: is a divine seed worn by mankind for good health, religious attainment through Japa (Power) and Shakti and for fearless life. It is said that rudraksha seeds, combined with other stones create different power combinations.

Carnelian: are stones of action, that will give you the courage and confidence to move forward on a new path in life. Like most orange stones, Carnelian is a stone of the sacral chakra.

Camel jasper: is believed to be the stone of choice when it comes to connecting with past times and the energies of nature, so it is used both in work connected with past lives and contacting nature spirits. It is thought to harmonize energies both inside the wearers body and between the wearer and his surroundings. It is used to improve the skill of visualization.
Turquoise (chalk): is connected with the fifth chakra. It is held to be a stone of straight, honest communication.

Rudraksha, autumn jasper, Peach Aventurine Mala Bracelet

Warm autumn shades are displayed in this handmade stretch mala bracelet. The main guru bead in this mala bracelet is carved green jasper which has an earthy olive green tone. Faceted autumn jasper beads are added and I adore the multiple shades of color within these natural gemstones. You will find green, orange, red, brown, black and cream colors. I also added light red aventurine gemstones. My favorite part of this mala bracelet is the burnt orange rudraksha seeds. These seeds are a unique addition with their wonderful texture. The bracelet is strung on gold double stretch cord which makes it easy for anyone to wear.

Earthy and natural rudraksha seed beads.  It is said that rudraksha seeds, combined with other stones create different power combinations.
Autumn jasper: is used to balance the four lowest chakras. It is believed to calm the mind, to clear rational processes and to protect from rashness.
Peach aventurine: is connected to the second chakra. It is seen as helping in shyness and anxiety. Peach aventurine promotes a healthily self-critical inner dialogue. It is believed to increase intuition, independence and decisiveness, thereby increasing ones leadership abilities.
Green jasper is seen to increase self-confidence and joy of life.

Black Agate and Swarovski Crystal Necklace

Black Agate and Swarovski Crystal Necklace Exquisitely faceted AAA black agate has been cut in a honeycomb fashion to add more fascinating reflections of light. These AAA black agates are graduated in size from front to back. To add an heirloom vintage feel I used genuine Swarovski 5000 rose Austrian crystal rounds. In between the Swarovski crystals I placed intriguing vintage rose lampwork. The lampwork looks as if it has captured a beautiful vintage rose, frozen in time. Spaced around the black agates you will find scalloped gunmetal bead caps and gunmetal corrugated metal beads. The necklace has been finished off with corrugated gunmetal rondelles and gunmetal wire guards. The wire guards are to ensure longevity and prevent wear on the beading wire. The closure is an ornately detailed TierraCast classic gunmetal toggle. The necklace is 18 inches in length and will come with a complimentary jewelry pouch for storage. BONUS: I will also include a matching pair of simple earrings to complete your set. The earrings will have hypoallergenic gunmetal leverbacks. Agate derives its name from the river Achates in Sicily. Greek philosophy described this gem as early as 300 B.C. It was the stone of warriors in ancient times. The famous ancient Egyptian scarabs are made of agate. Agates come in many forms and colors and are among the earliest stones used for healing and bringing good luck.
